Grundlage zum Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung sind die im TEK_04_Preisspiegel_Lieferung Malermaterial durch die Bieter angegeben Epk Material 1 und Epk Aufschläge-Rabatt.

Die nachfolgend beschriebenen Lieferungen und Dienstleistungen betreffen Arbeiten, welche als Rahmenvereinbarung durchgeführt werden und in den einzelnen Standorten der Klinikum Chemnitz gGmbH ausgeführt werden sollen. Dies gilt auch für Standorte der Tochtergesellschaften der Klinikum Chemnitz gGmbH. Der Gesamtumfang der auszuführenden Leistungen wurde eingeschätzt und ist an keinen jährlichen Mindestumsatz gekoppelt. Der AN hat keinen Anspruch auf Durchführung der vollständigen Leistung. Die Dauer der abzuschließenden Rahmenvereinbarung beträgt 51 Monate. Der Auftraggeber betreibt bereits eine umfangreiche digitale Schließanlage Simons- Voss 3 060 G2 einschl. Managementsoftware LSM- Professional. Erweiterungen sind nur mit dem bestehenden Fabrikat/ Typ möglich. Aus diesem Grund besteht eine Fabrikats- und Typbindung in den Positionen des Leistungsverzeichnisses. Der Auftraggeber betreibt zusätzlich für bestimmte Türen weiterhin ein analoges Schließsystem ABUS Pfaffenhain Vitess. 1 000. Erweiterungen sind nur innerhalb dieser Schließanlage möglich. The rescEU Emergency Medical Teams (EMT) project is an initiative under the Union Civil Protection Mechanism aimed at strengthening Europe’s capacity to respond to medical emergencies. Eight countries — Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, and Türkiye — are collaborating to establish and maintain 21 specialised medical teams. The project runs from December 2022 to September 2026. Building on the experience of the European Modular Field Hospital (EUMFH) project, the goal is to ensure that all teams are equipped with interoperable and reliable equipment, enabling both joint operations and individual deployments. A key component of the project is the procurement of equipment and supporting infrastructure necessary to make the capacities operational. This includes not only medical equipment, but also a wide range of related items such as logistics, communication, and technical support systems. The procurement is carried out jointly by the participating countries, with the goal of ensuring harmonisation, cost-efficiency, and maximum interoperability. The procurement procedures are carried out on the Mercell Tendering Platform based on the Dynamic Purchaseing Procdure (DPS).  Interested economic operators are invited to submitt their electronic applications for the relevant categories during the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System. The contracting authority (Johanniter) may extend the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System for 6 month. The full compliance with the procedure conditions is required. 10.000 Stück fahrbare Abfallsammelbehälter EN 840, Inhalt 60 Liter zu beschaffen, die geeignet sind für die Aufnahme von hausmüllähnlichem Abfall und Gewerbeabfall. Die Leistung wird nach der Vergabeverordnung (VgV) europaweit im Rahmen ein offenes Verfahren, als Rahmenvereinbarung, für die Dauer von 4 Jahre ausgeschrieben. Bei den genannten Stückzahlen handelt es sich um eine Höchstmenge. Die Lieferung wird in ganzen LKW-Ladungen abgerufen und ist nach Abruf innerhalb von 4 Wochen komplett montiert und frachtfrei an einer vom AG benannte Betriebsstätte in der Region Hannover zu erfolgen. Material • Halogenfrei hergestellte Kunststoffe (Polyethylen) • lichtstabil • frost- und chemikalienbeständig Ausführung „Monobehälter“ ohne Einsatz oder desgleichen nach DIN – EN 840 – Folgende Prägung 1. Deckelspritzprägung: „aha Region Hannover“ und das Nennvolumen – 60 Liter 2. Rumpfheißprägung: „Keine heiße Asche einfüllen“ ca. 30 mm hoch und so breit wie technisch möglich jedoch min. 240 mm und einzeilig an der Vorderfront des Korpus.
